Thanks to Web 2.0 tools more patients will be able to obtain free doctor reviews and ratings. Sites like Vitals and ratemymd are good but they still have room for improvement. First, there needs to be a consensus on how to evaluate and rate doctors. Second, there should be tools in place for physicians to defend themselves from the negative feedback. Last, feedback should NOT be anonymous.
