Random Halo Effects

After watching this video on the crisis of credit, I feel something similar is needed to help people understand how their tax dollars are questionnably invested spent in healthcare not to treat patients or train ePatients (not doctors) but to pay millions to consultants, including pollsters. The outcome of such video will be a public outrage (I hope), wiser investment the next time around and more innovation which usually blossoms during the times of crisis.
